2. Summary
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and embeds no third-party content. The fonts are also served from this website’s own server. Personal data is only processed where technically necessary to deliver the pages or when you contact us by email.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by the following provider: STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
Each time a page or document is requested, the web server automatically processes the following data in log files:
- IP address of the requesting device,
- date and time of the request,
- requested page or file, status code and amount of data transferred,
- the website from which the page was accessed (referrer),
- browser and operating system used.
This data is needed to deliver the website and to ensure its secure and stable operation, for example to defend against attacks and to analyse errors. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and functional operation of the website. The log files are stored for six weeks and then deleted. STRATO anonymises the IP addresses as they are logged; aggregated access statistics are generated from the anonymised data. The data is not combined with other data.

If you write to us by email, we process your email address and the information in your message in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in answering your enquiry. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access to the personal data stored about you (Art. 15), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17) and restriction of processing (Art. 18), and to data portability (Art. 20). You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21). Please contact the email address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
